QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or interactive/web projects within an agency, professional services firm, or corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance in both individual and team outputs.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in the marketing technology domain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, Project).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar SaaS-based work management platforms.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Experience in marketing channel delivery operations or compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate internal resource assignments and manage workflows to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Create and maintain weekly internal and client-facing reports, project plans, resource forecasts, and budget reconciliations.
  • Assist in documenting and validating project requirements, estimates, and planning for upcoming initiatives.
  • Participate in and coordinate internal/client planning sessions and weekly status meetings.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items for both internal and client meetings.
  • Support compliance and administrative documentation as per agency standards.
