Description

Are you an organised professional who excels in problem-solving? Do you enjoy bringing creative teams together and delivering on digital marketing campaigns?
We have a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team on-site in Abu Dhabi.
In this role, you will be creating, fine-tuning and validating the briefing for multiple digital marketing campaigns. You will be setting up and managing the team whilst overseeing planning and budgeting. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and media agencies while ensuring alignment with the client’s goals and expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Considerable experience in a similar project management position, ideally in an agency environment
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels, including social media, SEM, display, paid search, video, email marketing and content creation workflows
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver projects on time
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills to navigate complex client organizations
  • Experience working with creative teams including creative and media agencies
Responsibilities
  • Create, refine and validate briefs for multiple campaigns
  • Set up and manage a cross-functional team, ensuring smooth planning and budget management
  • Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns spanning social media marketing, SEM, paid search, display advertising, video and sound production, email marketing, copywriting and translation workflows
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client, creative agency and media agency, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
  • Collaborate with the creative team (Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters) to deliver high-quality output
  • Handle challenges and pressure from the client, escalating issues appropriately and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Manage stakeholders and navigate the client’s organizational structure effectively
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, even in challenging conditions
