About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our client’s remote team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and excels at keeping teams aligned. You will be responsible for leading complex projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, paid media, websites, email, social media, content, and other channels. Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular status updates. Build trust through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving. Coordinate with internal teams (strategists, designers, developers, content creators) and external vendors to deliver high-quality work. Lead daily or weekly team meetings to maintain momentum and address roadblocks. Create clear deadlines and action items for team members. Quickly address bottlenecks and adjust plans when priorities shift. Resolve team issues one-on-one to maintain project velocity. Monitor project profitability and identify efficiency improvements. Analyze current processes and recommend operational enhancements. Support the sales team with presentations and proposal development. Stay current on digital marketing trends and project management best practices. 4+ years managing end-to-end digital marketing projects across multiple channels. Proven experience in an agency environment, understanding pace and client-facing demands. Strong track record managing concurrent projects across SEO, paid media, email, social media, and other channels. Expert-level proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork.com or similar). Solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies. Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategy, design, content, and development phases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Confident leading internal team meetings and external client presentations. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans. Full-time position, Monday to Friday (CST hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Salary $3,500 Monthly. Earn bonuses and rewards for delivering outstanding results that make an impact for clients and the company.
