About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will join our global Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team, where you will lead and support digital projects related to website architecture, marketing automations, and database systems.
Please note: This is a full-time, permanent and hybrid role with 2-3 days per week at our office in Stockholm city. This role also includes occasional (10%) international travel, which would be communicated weeks in advance.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage digital projects related to websites, marketing automation, and databases within the MarCom operations scope.
- Define and maintain project scope, timelines, resource plans, and technical infrastructure documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., developers, IT, sales, and customer support) and external vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure project milestones are met and that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Support the development and execution of global marketing and communication initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to team operations.
- Expand knowledge of best practices and trends in Technical Marketing & Communications.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone that has:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing digital projects (e.g., websites, automations, CRM databases).
- Strong organizational and execution skills with demonstrated achievements on managing multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing systems, information architecture, and content management platforms.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and databases, and web infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners, in respect to diverse working and communication styles.
