REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales closing (digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B preferred).
• Familiarity with real estate or immigration sectors is a plus.
• Ability to explain AI-based solutions to non-technical clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and video conferencing platforms.

  Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hou

• Call, meet, and close AI-qualified warm leads provided by our marketing team.
• Conduct needs assessments for real estate and immigration clients.
• Present AI-driven marketing solutions (automated lead nurturing, ad optimization, predictive analytics, etc.).
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize closing rates.
• Collaborate with marketing & onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
