HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

We are looking for a passionate digital marketer to join our fast-paced direct-to-consumer E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the cutting-edge of all things e-commerce and has a strong understanding of project management, marketing planning and team building, with a focus on Email/SMS Marketing, Earned Media/Social Media & Influencer/UGC Content planning.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

Content Planning

Utilize our promo plan & monthly marketing strategy plans to put together content calendars & detailed action plans for each channel.

  • Social Media Calendar
  • Email/SMS Calendar
  • Viral Marketing Plan Levana
  • Viral Marketing Plan Defender
  • Blog Article Writing

Email/SMS Marketing

Coordinate our Klaviyo & Postscript marketing efforts by putting in design tickets, managing/optimizing flows and looking for new opportunities to maximize revenue.

  • Email Campaigns
  • SMS Campaigns
  • Flow Automations

Earned Media Acquisition

Reach out to publications, best of guides and tech review sites with the goal of getting our products reviewed and featured in the top sites.

  • Email outreach
  • Social media/linked in outreach
  • Product seeding

Retailer Set up/Content Updates

Assist in the setup, communication and planning of our retailer channels like Costco, SamsClub & Lowes.

  • Content updates
  • Assisting with Sales Planning
  • Daily Sales Reporting
  • Monthly calls with buyer (touchpoints)

Analytics

Clearly visualize and report on website data, influencer campaigns, email, and social media. With detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports as well as analysis and recommendations based on this.

  • Website Traffic/Conversion Rate by Page
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Etc.

Other Projects as Required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors/Associate Degree in Communications/Marketing or relevant program;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing. Must most recent role.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience using Shopify
  • Minimum 1-Year experience with social media management
  • 1 Year experience Email/SMS marketing, using platforms like Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, Postscript, etc.
  • Maximum 5 years of experience
    Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
