We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, the successful candidate will report into the Associate Director, Digital Marketing and will work within the marketing group to develop and manage integrated digital marketing initiatives across the CI Financial organization. This includes providing strategic support and reporting on projects related to the website, webinar, video, blog, email, social, and paid media tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute omni-channel campaigns across multiple CI Financial LOBs in collaboration with marketing partners in support of business goals and objectives: Increase sales, generate and nurture leads, and client engagement and acquisition.
  • Manage a dynamic team of marketing professionals responsible for executing deliverables from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with various internal business units and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Draft, review, and edit communications. Proof French translations for consistency and accuracy.
  • Champion website refreshes using industry best practices to enhance brand perception and improve user experience.
  • Review project/campaign performance reports based on established KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Provide valuable, actionable insights, as well as strategy optimizations based on findings, best practices, and competitor research.
