REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and SEO.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRO strategies.
• Proven skills in content creation, video editing, and storytelling for social media.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok trends, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital growth initiatives.
• A portfolio of successful marketing campaigns & engaging content is a must.

• Lead Generation & Performance Marketing – Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
• SEO & Website Optimization – Improve search rankings, manage on-page & off-page SEO, and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
• Campaign Analysis & Strategy – Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and refine digital marketing strategies.
• Social Media Management – Create and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to enhance brand presence.
• Content Creation – Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality reels, videos, and lifestyle content that align with trending social media formats.
• Brand Engagement – Develop compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling posts to maximize audience interaction.
