Part-Time Digital Marketing, Social Media & Customer Experience Coordinator
15–20 hrs/week – Remote – Flexible
We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and customer-focused professional to join our fast-growing spirituality brand. This is a dynamic role combining social media management, digital marketing, and customer experience, ideal for someone who thrives on balancing creativity with data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content, timely responses, and proactive audience interaction.
  • Handle email and customer service communications (inbound & outbound) with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct confident outreach calls to strengthen customer loyalty and relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, protecting brand reputation.
  • Design compelling graphics and advertisements that align with brand identity.
  • Analyse campaign, customer, Shopify, and social media data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Run and optimise Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve the highest possible ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Facebook Ads and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
  • Strong customer service skills, both phone and email (inbound/outbound).
  • Graphic design abilities (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ideally someone with an interest in psychic / spirituality or previous experience or knowledge

Compensation:
Salary/rate negotiable and based on experience. Hours initially 15-20 but to be discussed with successful candidate.
