The Digital Marketing Solutions Manager is a champion for forward thinking and bringing change to the organization. This position supports the growing digital acquisition team utilizing Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud which includes, creating web/landing pages, emails, and other digital properties to help support the acquisition team. The Digital Marketing Solutions team is responsible for driving transformational change for the bank and for our customers via online and email. Through the process of tapping into industry and consumer trends, understanding internal goals, ideation and research, we bring to life large, strategic innovations that enhance our customers’ lives.

The Digital Marketing Solutions team is responsible for driving transformational change for the bank and for our customers via online and email. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years in a ecommerce strategy/web producer role
  • A minimum of 8 years in a digital banking role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product management / segment management, Web producers, user experience designers and developers
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in designing, running and maintaining successful enterprise eCommerce/Content Management Systems activities in a data driven environment
  • Strong understanding of digital banking tools/programs related to content management systems, web analytics, web optimizations, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), tagging, and A/B testing
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (Sitecore)
  • Strong understanding of email systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of web analytics (Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing (Adobe Target)
  • Strong understanding of website accessibility
  • Strong understanding of website tagging
  • Basic understanding of user experience best practices, including accessibility
  • Basic understanding and experience in an agile environment

Responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing strategic management of the Bank’s ecommerce platforms, including Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This includes user experience best practices, standards, and opportunities for process efficiencies.
  • Support Digital Marketing acquisition initiatives that are responsible for increased profitability of the programs designed to deliver on key business outcomes. This includes creating web pages, emails, and the lifecycle associated with the online experience.
  • Collaborate with other colleagues to drive marketing campaigns across programs including SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Display, Affiliates, Direct and Shared Mail.
  • Develop, create, and publish web pages using Sitecore with a focus on execution and efficiency opportunities within the application.
  • Develop new experiences/layouts (HTML/CSS) to test and drive optimizations on Huntington.com using Adobe Target.
  • Develop, schedule, and send emails using SFMC.
  • Act as the tag consultant with external agencies and internal departments, including periodic audits to validate things are working as expected.
  • Act as the internal evangelist for Digital Marketing Solutions and alignment in Marketing.
  • Ensure that all website and email materials comply with brand and style guidelines while adhering to bank and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to maintain and track progress of multiple projects.
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with others in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
