POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated digital marketing specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. You will utilize various digital channels and tools to drive online traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and inquiries, and analyze performance metrics.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for improved search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and implement strategies to improve rankings.
- Paid Advertising:
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop ad creatives, set up targeting parameters, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
