QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. LinkedIn Business
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing—experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM/email platforms, SEO tools, and CMS.
  • Strong analytical mindset to optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and drive ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, alongside creativity in content creation

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans across platforms—SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, and content marketing, specifically tailored for fitness audiences
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and emerging platforms like TikTok.
  • Create dynamic and engaging content—blogs, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters—to attract and retain members.
  • Manage the fitness brand’s social media presence and community, including influencer partnerships.
  • Oversee website updates and ensure SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and conversion.
  • Optimize landing pages and user experience to enhance engagement and membership sign-ups.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; provide regular reports and actionable insights
  • Set up conversion tracking and manage performance across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate fitness-centric campaigns, events, or promotions to build brand engagement.
