DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST – FULL-TIME (IN-OFFICE)

Addiction Rehab Toronto (ART) is a leading private residential addiction treatment facility in Toronto, dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care for those seeking recovery from addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. Our comprehensive services include supervised detox, in-patient treatment, virtual rehab, sober living, family therapy, and lifetime aftercare, all delivered by a team with over 100 years of combined experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time at our Etobicoke facility. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, brand development, and story-driven content creation, with a strong understanding of marketing and user mentality.
Key Responsibilities
Modify and maintain ART’s main website using WordPress, ensuring optimal user experience and mobile responsiveness.
Create and optimize landing pages to support lead generation funnels, integrating tracking systems for conversion analysis.
Develop story-driven content, including graphics and videos, for the website and digital channels, maintaining brand consistency throughout.
Film and edit high-quality video content for facility tours, testimonials, and educational purposes.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all digital assets align with ART’s mission and values.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Proficiency in WordPress web development, including theme customization and plugin management.
Advanced graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
Video filming and editing expertise (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Detail-oriented, with a passion for design and brand storytelling.
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is an asset (workflow automation, funnel building, lead management).
Understanding of user mentality and marketing psychology.
Work Environment & Schedule
Location: 4 Warrendale Court, Etobicoke, ON.
Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Work Environment: Professional healthcare facility setting requiring discretion and confidentiality.
