Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate
  • Build, test, launch and optimise email and nurture campaigns
  • Assist with lead routing, list uploads, audience and data management between sales and marketing platforms
  • Lead on email & SMS (all digital channels) marketing strategy and execution including nurture emails, all email types
  • Implement lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
  • Carry out testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise lead conversion results
  • Segment audiences and optimise campaigns to increase campaign effectiveness
  • Report on the effectiveness of campaigns and key marketing metrics
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure digital campaigns achieve company and marketing goals
  • Collaborate and manage the development and maintenance of the website and SEO strategy, in collaboration with Head of Marketing & marketing team members, internal stakeholders and external consultants
