ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with marketing leadership to shape and execute a performance-focused paid media strategy that drives consistent lead generation and patient acquisition across our multi-location footprint. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution.
You’ll take full ownership of our paid media programs—from planning and creative development through budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis. You’ll build and scale campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok, ensuring efficient spend and measurable ROI. This position is based at our North Scottsdale headquarters location.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and execute the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns—from strategy and planning through execution and real-time optimization
  • Manage six-figure monthly budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, and X
  • Develop campaign briefs and guide creative direction for high-performing ad assets
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, attribution paths, and customer acquisition cost
  • Continuously test, analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and patient acquisition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and leadership to ensure brand alignment and performance goals are met
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new performance opportunities
  • Contribute to broader digital strategy, including SEO, SEM, and other potential future expansion into email and retargeting.
