This role can either be based out of Port Melbourne or Derrimut, however flexibility will be required between the two locations.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on executing CRM activities, managing eDM and SMS campaigns, optimizing the website, and handling web CMS and SEO management. This role is execution-focused and works closely with internal marketing team and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of digital conversion campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CRM Campaign Execution: Build and manage eDM and SMS campaigns that support conversion objectives.
  • Website Optimization: Support website optimization projects, ensuring improvements align with conversion goals and best practices.
  • Web CMS Management: Manage web content and updates on CMS platforms to ensure seamless digital experiences.
  • SEO Management: Assist with SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to deliver projects in line with the overall conversion strategy.
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Liaise with creative design teams to develop digital assets required for campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track the performance of digital campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improve results.
  • Support Strategy Execution: Support the Head of Conversion in executing digital programs and strategies to improve lead-to-sales conversion.
