JOB SUMMARY:

The Content & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across all online platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead generation. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, producing high-quality content, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in content creation and digital marketing roles.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing styles for different platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), basic HTML is a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging, SEO-optimized content including blogs, articles, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.)—planning, posting, monitoring, and engaging with audiences.
  • Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, paid ads, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce multimedia content.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics for content and digital campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage website content updates and improvements to enhance user experience and SEO performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Support lead generation activities through effective content and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
