We’re a real estate company in Dubai looking for a creative Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, telling stories through content, and knows how to make social media work for real estate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shooting, generating, and editing high-quality photos and videos.
• Creating fresh and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Posting regularly, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies to improve results.
• Designing marketing materials like flyers, stories, and campaigns that grab attention.
• Creating stories and posts for new project launches and other real estate updates.
• Managing the company’s social media accounts and website.
• Using AI tools to generate visuals, videos, and creative ideas.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in real estate and digital marketing to keep our content sharp.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Confident with video shooting, editing, and design tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, AI tools, or similar).
• You know how to create content that people actually stop, watch, and share.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation.
• Creative, reliable, and skilled at turning ideas into content.
• Someone who understands how the Dubai real estate market works.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and French (both written and spoken).
