Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of a Digital Marketing Specialist.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • A degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant courses or training in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Solid understanding of social media management and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and technologies (preferred).
  • Fluency in additional languages, including Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Hungarian, and Czech (nice to have)
  • Strong analytical and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Independence, decision-making under pressure, and time management.
  • Creativity, commitment, and punctuality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and engagement in project execution.
Responsibilities
  • Planning and Executing Digital Campaigns
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies in digital channels across multiple markets, aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare, execute, and monitor campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and other creative team members.
  • Coordinate with international subsidiaries and external agencies.
  • Conduct analytics, evaluate results, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
  • Lead Acquisition Activities
  • Moderate and manage the company’s social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and posts.
  • Actively engage and build relationships with the community.
  • Oversee content schedules and maintain consistency across social media platforms.
  • Organize community-engaging activities such as contests, events, webinars, live Q&A sessions.
  • Support product launches and Partner implementations.
  • Marketing Automation
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including template creation, distribution, and automation.
  • Automate other marketing processes to improve efficiency.
