Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager supports the digital marketing team in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns. With a focus on achieving client goals, driving performance, this role involves media management, marketing analysis, conversion optimization, and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build client relationships, serving as a key contact in support of their objectives
- Campaign Execution: Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, assisting in creative development, media coordination, budget tracking, and optimization.
- Day-to-Day Platform & Production Management: Manage daily marketing tasks and initiatives to deliver campaigns including content and creative production, email / crm management, and revisions through to final delivery
- Performance Enablement: Implement end-to-end campaigns inclusive of media platform, website, eCommerce platforms, and business reporting systems
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance-based marketing strategies from setting the digital marketing roadmap to data-driven decisions and optimizations to achieve client lead and ROI targets
- Reporting & Communication: Develop reports and analyze campaign performance data to provide insightful recommendations and continuous optimization to clients to help build trusting client relationships
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, New Media, Communications, Analytics, Economics or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or account management
- Organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met across multiple client campaigns
- Analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights from data
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, present strategies and convey ideas clearly and persuasively
- Digital marketing proficiency with exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot, AI tools such as ChatGPT, and digital advertising platforms such as Google, YouTube, Meta / Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

Pay: $43,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
