MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

    • At least 5 years of experience working or interning in marketing and/or communications
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
    Responsibilities


      • Manage and help grow the Black Label Social Media channels (LinkedIn primarily to begin with) and help write, develop posts and maintain a content calendar.

      • Work with the Head of Growth to manage and develop content for the Black Label blog including research related to thought leadership articles, data visualization topics and other topically relevant categories.
      • Work with Graphic Designer to develop photos, and videos for all Social Media channels and blog articles.
      • Support the Head of Growth and the Growth Team in preparing and producing assets for all external conferences and events.
      • Work with the Head of Growth to develop, implement, track and analyze all Performance and Content Marketing initiatives.
      • Work with the Head of Growth to manage the marketing funnel of the CRM (Hubspot) and develop and implement both email and LinkedIn newsletters for MQLs.
      • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
