About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, build influencer partnerships, and engage with aviation communities worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the brand’s global growth while working closely with a passionate, international team of pilots and aviation enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the brand’s official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to ensure consistent exposure and follower growth.
  • Identify and reach out to relevant KOLs / influencers / community resources to drive collaborations and content promotions.
  • Engage in discussions and post in major aviation forums and communities (e.g., AvCanada, Reddit, aviation-related Facebook groups) to increase brand awareness and reputation.
  • Design and manage user referral and KOL affiliate programs, including rules and execution.
  • Create image, graphic, and short video content using AI tools, and publish according to the content plan.
  • Track social media and campaign data, continuously optimizing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of social media management or KOL/influencer marketing experience, familiar with the rules and best practices of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English (spoken and written), able to communicate smoothly with influencers and users.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills, proficient in using AI tools to generate content.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced small team environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Must be able to work legally in Canada for 2 days/week.
