REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in managing high-performance lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and others.
  • Hands-on expertise with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and consistently deliver ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Experience in fintech, loans, crypto, forex, or gaming industries (preferred).
