As a Digital Marketing Specialist (with a good grip on Google Ads), your role would involve developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies. Your responsibilities would include developing Ads strategies, creating campaigns, monitoring campaigns, optimization, reporting, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers.
What you will be doing:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Researching relevant keywords, identifying ad formats, and defining the target audience.
- Creating ad groups, selecting keywords, and designing ad copy that is engaging and effective.
- Track key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per click to ensure the campaign is performing as expected.
- Perform ongoing keyword research including the discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Research and analyze competitor keywords, links, and PPC initiatives
- According to data-driven insights, make suggestions for enhancing landing page and website optimization.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Three years or more of experience with managing Google Ads for lead generation
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software and SEO tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with a senior audience.
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
