PurePM is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Based in the United Kingdom, this role is ideal for a talented marketer who is passionate about developing and executing effective digital campaigns that drive engagement and business growth. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, managing various digital channels, and analysing performance to optimise our marketing strategies. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact. Salary: $3,800 - $4,000 per month (pro-rata) Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. * Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn, monitoring performance and optimising for ROI. * Manage the company's social media profiles, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and fostering community interaction. * Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports with actionable insights. * Collaborate with the content team to create compelling copy for websites, blogs, and marketing materials that aligns with our brand voice. * Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies. * Organise and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Qualifications * Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. * In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising. * Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms. * Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. * Strong organisational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects in a part-time capacity. * A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
