CQUniversity is seeking an experienced Digital Specialist Performance and Optimisation to join our high-performing Digital Experience Team, as part of the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate.

This is a critical role responsible for managing CQUniversity’s digital analytics and paid search (SEM) performance, with a strong focus on campaign optimisation and delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making. You’ll lead key initiatives such as audience segmentation, performance reporting, and testing frameworks, and work closely with colleagues across marketing, IT, and external agencies.
As part of your work, you’ll contribute to the development of digital analytics best practice frameworks and help shape the future of CQUniversity’s digital marketing capability, including solutions for a cookieless future.
