Chain Reaction is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the digital ecosystem across channels, ensuring all digital efforts work together to drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong knowledge of social media and paid media, along with working awareness of SEO, email marketing, website performance, and PR integration within digital strategy. The candidate will contribute to social media planning, campaign launches, and paid media optimization while supporting cross-channel alignment and performance tracking. By staying up to date with platform trends and best practices, this candidate will help deliver integrated and high-performing digital campaigns. As a Digital Specialist, you will support and coordinate digital activities across channels — from planning and campaign launches to performance monitoring and optimization — while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and results. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate digital activities across social, paid media, and related digital channels Ensure alignment across social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, website performance, and PR integration Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms Develop monthly social media and campaign plans Generate creative content ideas aligned with campaign and brand objectives Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve performance targets Handle ads across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and similar channels Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data Track digital and social media trends and apply best practices Coordinate with creative, content, and PR teams on campaign execution Support content production and attend on-ground shoots when required Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure proper campaign delivery Prepare performance reports and channel insights Required Skills: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or paid media Strong working knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms Experience running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and similar platforms Working awareness of SEO, email marketing, and website performance metrics Experience in campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, testing, and optimization Ability to plan monthly content and campaign calendars Bilingual (Arabic and English) is required Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Plus, Factors: Content production or on-ground shoot experience Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Joining our team ensures that your opinions matter, providing you with a platform to express yourself.
