Position Summary
The digital marketing specialist DACH is a versatile marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience. This person is eager to use his/her strong expertise in SEO and SEA and to use his/her knowledge in copywriting and copyediting to generate high quality leads for the DACH region. The marketing candidate is familiar with leveraging social media for B2B promotion and is keen to support the sales teams with all kinds of sales activities to help them achieve their objectives. Must be located in Weinsheim Germany.
Position Responsibilities within Marketing

Marketing Execution

  • Marketing qualification of all leads for the DACH region in HubSpot CRM
  • Prequalification of all kinds of leads. Getting in touch in a first step, qualifying the leads with most relevant questions and then handing over to the responsible sales manager
  • Digital Marketing Optimization - Understand and support SEO optimization efforts for DACH web pages and mini sites. Support with PPC initiatives by creating proper ad copy text and keyword lists to attract the right audience and leads
  • Content writing – Create localized content for SEO, PPC, Email campaigns and social media to capture target market share
  • Social Media Management - Support with establishing and growing Cold Jet’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube through consistent content creation and audience engagement
  • Promotion activities for DACH – Management, translation and creation of email campaigns, banners, flyers, …
  • Trade show & Event Management – Manage organization & participation of trade shows, events, open houses, dealer conferences…. showcasing Cold Jet products, applications, and relevant customer information
  • Manage Email campaigns/workflows in HubSpot – Creation of email campaigns and workflows and sending out to target audience segmentation
  • Marketing Materials – Oversee translations and updates of flyers, brochures & product catalogs. Support with the creation of PPT presentations (related to company, products, cleaning applications)
  • Customer Insights & Advocacy - Conduct customer interviews and develop compelling case studies and testimonials
  • Proposal Generation - Support in creating proposals in Deal Hub (CRM) and forward to the customers for the DACH Region
  • Manage Deal Hub (CRM) improvements regarding offer creation for Standard offers, Rental offers, Leasing offers and DEAL Room for the DACH Region
  • Manage sequences in HubSpot CRM – Manage templates & sequences and teach/guide sales team how it works
  • Support with sales administration - Request for credit reforms, fill in non-disclosure agreements, prepare documents for temporary export to Switzerland

Position Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent degree/experience on the job
  • Experience in digital marketing (3 to 5 years of experience)
  • Experience in business-to-business relationships

Skill Competencies

  • Native German speaker
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – English/German
  • Practical experience and expertise in SEO/SEA
  • Strong aptitude in copywriting and copyediting
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in social media, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
  • Experienced working with a CRM system and Marketing Automation tool is a plus
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
