Your tasks

Digital Marketing & Performance

• You will manage and further develop dean&david's digital touchpoints – especially website, SOT, app, performance marketing and CRM .
• You implement performance marketing measures , manage them in everyday life, and continuously optimize them using KPIs.
• You will support the implementation of always-on and campaign measures along the customer journey.
• You optimize user journeys and conversion rates in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

Analysis & Reporting

• You analyze relevant KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, CRM metrics) and prepare them in a structured manner.
• You create regular reports and derive concrete optimization measures.
• You will support the setup and further development of tracking and analysis setups.

Cooperation

• You will work closely with the Marketing Manager as well as Brand, Graphics, Operations and IT.
• You coordinate external agencies and service providers in the digital sector.
• You ensure that digital measures are implemented in line with the brand strategy.

Further development

• You observe trends and tools in digital marketing and contribute optimization ideas.
• You will actively contribute to the further development of our digital processes and tools.

Your profile

• First to several years of experience in digital marketing
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing, website management, app and SOT management and/or CRM
• Analytical thinking and a passion for numbers, KPIs and optimization
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with different contacts.
• A strong problem-solving ability and the motivation to approach challenges in a structured manner and to find practical solutions.
• Structured, independent work style and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills
