Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience in Travel Agency IT,with a solid understanding of tourism products.
  • OTA (Online Travel Agency) Product Management Expertise: Hands-on experience in adding and managing products on major OTAs such as Viator,booking.com, Expedia, Viator, Airbnb Experiences, etc.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Google Analytics: Ability to interpret web traffic data, generate insights, track goals and conversions, and deliver detailed performance reports to management.
  • Social Media Market Trend Analysis: Skilled in analyzing current trends across social media platforms and implementing strategies based on competitive and audience behavior insights.
  • Google Ads & ROI Analysis: Capable of managing Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and submitting comprehensive ROI reports to management.
  • Monthly SEO Data Reporting: Responsible for tracking and compiling SEO performance metrics—including keyword rankings, traffic sources, and backlinks—and submitting monthly reports to management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Google Business Account Management: Experienced in maintaining and optimizing the company’s Google Business Profile, including managing reviews, updating business information, and enhancing local search visibility.
  • Basic Graphic Design for Social Media: creating visually appealing flyers and graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
  • Content Management for YouTube and Social Media: Skilled in posting stories, uploading videos, and maintaining an engaging presence across YouTube and social platforms.
  • LinkedIn Business Page Management: Capable of managing the company’s LinkedIn page, posting regular content, engaging with followers, and boosting brand authority in a B2B space.
  • Email Newsletter Strategy & Execution: Knowledge of planning and executing email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, with a focus on client engagement and campaign performance tracking.
  • Website Server & Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of website hosting environments, domain registration processes, DNS settings, and coordination with developers for backend tasks and updates.
