JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who can work independently and lead our digital efforts across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns
  • Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, and major social media ad platforms
  • Proficient in marketing tools and software such as CRM systems - Hubspot, email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools.
  • Experience in WordPress.org
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress and Shopify)
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Basic graphic design and video editing abilities
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Knowledge of lighting or home improvement industries
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation strategies
