Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Specialist– Marketing to lead our inbound marketing and lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for building and scaling People10’s marketing engine, driving thought leadership, and delivering measurable business impact through innovative digital campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with marketing agencies, pre-sales, solutions, and sales teams to create a high-quality pipeline that supports our ambitious growth goals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and lead all digital marketing activities for People10 across platforms and channels.
  • Build and manage the inbound marketing and lead generation function (team, tools, and processes).
  • Lead & manage external agencies and vendors for key services.
  • Develop and execute high-performance campaigns across content marketing, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, email, and webinars.
  • Set and achieve qualified inbound lead targets using data-driven, effective strategies.
  • Strengthen brand positioning as a preferred technology partner and employer of choice.
  • Support international trade shows for branding and lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solutions, and sales teams to ensure marketing-sales alignment.
  • Spearhead People10’s digital thought leadership strategy—driving visibility through compelling content and online presence.
  • Hire, lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team including writers, designers, SEO specialists, and campaign managers.
  • Deliver clear, actionable marketing analytics and performance reports to leadership.
