We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, drive market growth, and enhance customer engagement across multiple platforms.
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support our logistics, trade, and e-commerce operations, enhance brand recognition, and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.
You will need to perform the following duties:
· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support the growth of trade.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
· Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns, tailored to both wholesale and retail customers.
· Develop and optimise engaging content for company websites, e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and marketing collateral.
· Plan, coordinate, and manage advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, and product launches.
· Oversee SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies to improve digital visibility and lead generation.
· Analyse and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics, using analytics tools to measure ROI and refine strategies.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners, distributors, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with operational and sales objectives.
· Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies, including loyalty programs and promotional events.
· Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with brand guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
