Bachelors Degree – Journalism, Communications, English or related area. Candidates without a bachelor’s degree but with a relevant mix of education, experience, and certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with email / automation platforms, CMS tools, CRM and analytics.
  • Solid writing, editing, and content development capabilities.

  • Strong collaboration and project coordination skills.

Compensation Details $66,465 - $86,405 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package. Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As a core member of the marketing team supporting three brands, no two days will look the same. You will partner with our businesses to understand key goals and contribute to campaign plans to articulate value propositions and support those goals. Your recommendations include targeting strategies and measurement, are rooted in best practices and are data-driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with sales, marketing and product leaders to align digital initiatives with marketing strategies and company goals.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns (newsletter and automation), nurture leads and engage customers by target segments.
  • Independently, and as part of larger campaigns, develop and share on-brand, timely and engaging content (including some design in Canva) on web and social .
  • Monitor brand presence and actively engage with followers on social to build and maintain brand reputation. Oversee digital customer service, including escalation monitoring.
  • Update and optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (occasional) on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor KPIs and industry advancements to evaluate tactics. Share regular updates and reports with stakeholders, and offer recommendations to enhance reach, clarity, and impact.
