    Position Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us take our innovative email program to the next level. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in email marketing and take ownership of end-to-end email management (email building, segmentation, delivery and reporting). Responsibilities include:

  • Creation and delivery of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Working with the Performance Marketing Manager, Email Team, Graphic Designer, and Compliance team to create and execute email campaigns and content
  • Providing continual optimisation and automation through data analysis, testing and reporting.
  • Create, test and optimise email marketing templates for automated and triggered email campaigns.
  • Build and manage email journeys.
  • Segmenting the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.
  • Work with the digital acquisition team to funnel leads into our nature programmes.
  • Assist with managing the email database and creating segments.
  • Create innovative campaigns focusing on conversions
  • Execute campaigns with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Post-campaign analysis, reporting on email results and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders

Skills & Experience

To apply, you’ll need:

  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Business or a similar discipline
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of successful CRM email marketing using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketo or Campaign Monitor
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable writing and editing copy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a super-fast-paced, e-commerce environment with high autonomy
  • Have high energy with a proven track record of ‘getting stuff done’.
  • Recent graduates welcome - all training is provided
