We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid media performance tracking and digital campaign reporting. We’re looking for a strong, technically skilled candidate to step in and drive results with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

? ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role is 85% analytical and focused on performance analysis and optimization of paid digital campaigns. You’ll help monitor spend efficiency, analyze creative performance, and deliver actionable insights across email, SMS, paid media, and more.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Manage daily and weekly reporting across Klaviyo, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify
Analyze digital campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, conversion, open rate, etc.)
Own audience segmentation, flow reporting, and testing strategy for email/SMS
Deliver insights to internal teams and agency partners to optimize spend and creative
Coordinate creative asset requests and versioning (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
Maintain and track campaign calendars, benchmarks, and KPIs
