Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist leverages digital marketing channels such as social media and the Google advertising network to increase brand awareness and drive conversions in line with the core business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic digital marketer looking to learn and develop. What you will do: Plan, implement and optimize paid and organic campaigns across the digital marketing channels, such as social media, Google ad network, and our website, aiming to increase brand awareness and engagement, lead generation and content acquisition Create and test engaging content (copy, creatives) for our digital marketing channels Work with the relevant teams across the business to deliver key targets and support business growth Support and enable team members from other departments on social media best practices Manage daily conversations taking place on feeds Monitor and report on campaign performance; provide expert recommendations to maximize the return on investment Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Hands-on experience in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. Experience in organic social media posting. Proven track record of using key tools such as Ads Managers (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Google), Google Analytics, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr). Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics in clear and accessible language. Native-level English level. Good knowledge of Google Ads. Ability to produce and deliver clear and concise data-driven presentations and reports. Good project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible and able to shift between priorities. Customer-centric, results-oriented, and analytical. Excited about Frontiers’ mission to make science open and enable healthy lives on a healthy planet.
