REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience managing full-funnel paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, ROAS, CPC, conversion tracking, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with other digital channels such as TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate is a results-driven digital marketing expert with deep hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to maximize ROI and drive growth.
Salary: 110k-200k commensurate with skills and experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Recommend new platforms, strategies, and technologies to enhance digital presence and performance.
