OVERVIEW

Gardening Naturally are a family run e-commerce business selling a range of different gardening products, mainly specialising in anything natural and organic. We are looking for someone to help us gain rapid growth by maximising our current database as well as bringing in new customers to our website.
We are looking for an organised, creative, positive Digital Marketer to continue building our brand and sales online. We are looking for someone to develop and manage our full marketing calendar as well as gain new customers from avenues we are not currently targeting. You will be building the marketing strategy for the business to help drive sales and brand awareness. Our main website is on the Shopify platform but we also sell on a range of other platforms like Amazon and EBay. We also use Klaviyo for our newsletter management.
Duties:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various channels
- Implement up to date best SEO practices to increase organic website traffic.
- Provide guidance on the most suitable strategy for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media sales/advertising/posts/, engaging with Vloggers, email newsletters and looking at new sales channels.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
- Review Google Analytics, google console, customer journeys on website and to build the best marketing strategy and implement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns within e-commerce environment
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including technical SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager/Meta Business, Instagram and email marketing software (Klaviyo experience would be preferable but not essential)
  -Experience with multichannel platforms and product listings is preferrable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns and find new customers from different area’s we aren’t currently targeting.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects simultaneously
