Are you a creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for real estate? I’m looking for a talented Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join my team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for elevating my online presence, promoting property listings, and driving lead generation through strategic digital marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and Google Ads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in content creation, including graphic design and copywriting
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and lead generation strategies
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create eye-catching content to promote property listings and brand awareness
• Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns for property promotion to select clientele
• Utilize email marketing and other digital strategies to engage potential buyers
• Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing efforts
• Collaborate with our real estate team to ensure brand consistency and timely campaigns
