• Knowledge of SEO best practices and lead generation strategies

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create eye-catching content to promote property listings and brand awareness
• Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns for property promotion to select clientele
• Utilize email marketing and other digital strategies to engage potential buyers
• Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing efforts
• Collaborate with our real estate team to ensure brand consistency and timely campaigns
