As an industry expert in resort wear and ready-to-wear pieces, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can balance both creativity and analytics to grow our brand presence and drive sales across digital platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
  • Photography and videography skills, with the ability to edit content for digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work (social media content, fashion lookbooks, photography, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) with creative campaigns and consistent posting.
  • Create engaging social media posts (photos, captions, short-form videos/reels) tailored to each platform.
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), monitor performance, and optimize for best ROI.
  • Research and stay updated on digital trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the company website by uploading new items, updating content, ensuring accuracy, and implementing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the photographers during photoshoots, providing creative input and assisting in post-production design and editing.
  • Develop and design lookbooks for each new clothing collection, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Ensure all brand visuals (online and offline) are aligned with the company’s aesthetic and creative direction.
