Description

Gregory FCA, one of the nation’s largest PR firms, is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will drive integrated digital campaigns using marketing automation, paid ads, email, and content marketing while optimizing performance across channels, and manage client relationships, reporting, and strategy development to deliver measurable results and thought leadership in digital marketing. Candidates must be in commuting distance to our Philadelphia area office.

EDUCATION:

  • Degree in communications, marketing or business
  • Three to four years of digital marketing experience

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Hands-on experience working with marketing technologies including: email platforms, Google Ads, CRM, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo, a plus
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and pulling analytics from various marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo and more) is a plus. Google Analytics certification is preferred.
  • Understanding of analytics and their role in the marketing process
  • Project management skills to ensure the on-time execution of campaigns.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and operational and productivity tools
Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing to develop industry leading approaches to help clients achieve key objectives.
  • Support digital marketing team on development and execution of integrated campaigns utilizing paid ads, email, marketing automation, and content marketing.
  • Apply best practices for conversion rate optimization across ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Write effective copy across a variety of platforms – emails, landing pages, and PPC.
  • Own the development of campaigns from briefs to creation of the assets for campaign, to the execution of campaign, reporting and providing recommendations.
  • Reporting on campaigns’ performance with analysis against objectives. Lead internal and external discussions to review reports and offer recommendations for improving performance.
  • Management of client relationships and meeting the needs of clients to help them meet their digital marketing goals.
  • Keep up to date on disruptive AI digital marketing strategies and provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption.
  • Lead and support client calls and internal meetings with teams across the firm.
  • Manage the reporting process for the PR teams.
  • Help oversee setup and onboarding for new clients.
  • All other tasks as assigned.
