Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing and optimizing the organization’s digital marketing strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role focuses on SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, social media management, email marketing, and performance analytics. The specialist will stay up to date with emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the digital space.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience managing websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.).
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic web edits.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for content marketing and social media copywriting.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools for content creation.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation in digital marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to improve search engine rankings.
  • Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Maintain and optimize the organization’s website and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to monitor and report on digital performance metrics.
  • Stay current on AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and emerging digital trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content marketing strategies (blogs, videos, case studies, infographics).
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows through CRM (Salesforce) and email platforms.
  • Monitor online reputation and engage with audiences through community management and customer interactions.
