Digital Marketing Specialist
Full-Time Permanent
Reporting to: Director, Performance Marketing

As Canada’s leading clothing retailer of high-end men’s wear based in Toronto and operating in major centers across Canada, an exciting and challenging opportunity exists in the Marketing Department. In this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in driving the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that support brand growth, client acquisition, and business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Digital Media Strategy, Execution & Trafficking

  • Contribute to the development and execution of digital media strategies to drive key business outcomes
  • Provide monthly media recommendations based on performance and business needs
  • Set up, traffic, and launch digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and others
  • Monitor campaigns in-platform to ensure proper delivery, pacing, and targeting accuracy
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and implement fixes as needed

    Digital Asset Development & Platform Management

  • Coordinate the creation of digital assets and advertising copy across campaigns

  • Support the onboarding and setup of new marketing platforms

Media Reporting, Analysis & Optimization

  • Gather and analyze media performance data to generate actionable insights
  • Define requirements and best practices for digital assets to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Review and ensure the quality of all digital assets prior to launch
  • Continuously optimize media placements to maximize ROI

Budget Management & Financial Reporting

  • Maintain and track the marketing budget, including invoicing and accruals
  • Support financial accountability through accurate and timely budget updates

Departmental Initiative Support

  • Assist with the execution of key departmental initiatives and projects
  • Document key takeaways from meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support the coordination and tracking of influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying partners, reviewing content, and monitoring performance

Agency Partnership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with agency partners to execute media campaigns effectively
  • Ensure briefs are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables align with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and performance reviews to optimize media outcomes

The successful candidate will bring the following skills:

  • 3+ years of related experience in digital marketing, within the retail fashion or retail luxury industry.
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or other relevant field
  • Technically proficient in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), with working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (eCommerce, Buying, Studio) to align on campaign objectives, creative needs, and go-to-market timelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, asset trafficking, URL tagging, and QA across digital platforms
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over campaign execution and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and platform reps
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple digital campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, UTM parameters) and best practices for performance marketing measurement
