Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

Our marketing team is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Engagement marketing team in executing Digital and engagement/email marketing projects.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role on the Engagement Marketing team, driving the strategy, execution, and performance of multi-channel digital campaigns across North America. You’ll be at the heart of Hilti’s marketing evolution, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver personalized customer experiences and fuel demand generation.
Growth-minded marketer with additional expertise in marketing technology tools like Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Weblate, Adobe Experience Manager and project management.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of Engagement Marketing, demand generation and regional email campaigns aligned with market needs and strategic priorities.
  • Manage complete campaign lifecycles: pre-launch planning, activation, post-launch review, and performance management.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize customer engagement, retention, and conversion.

Auditing, Maintenance & Optimization

  • Conduct regular audits across flows and assets—emails, landing pages, content, triggers, audiences—to ensure alignment, transparency, and relevance.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and resources, including the Engagement Marketing Hub page, ensuring materials are accurate and easy to access.

Internal Communication & Enablement

  • Develop a clear roadmap to communicate the impact and value of Engagement Marketing across internal stakeholders.
  • Success Management: Champion success strategies and share performance insights, success stories, and lessons learned with cross-functional teams.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report performance metrics for all campaigns, benchmarking against KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Maintain dashboards and segmentation maps covering personas, audience size, account tiers, and engagement indicators.
  • Deliver quarterly reports highlighting key learnings, top-performing content, and actionable optimization strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate effectively with local and global marketing teams, sales units, and product owners to align strategy and execution.
  • Build strong relationships to gather feedback, resolve issues, and refine campaign components.

Marketing Technology

  • Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Clay, and B2B intent platforms.
  • Demonstrate ability to build behavioral email journeys and execute campaigns with precision.
  • Utilize analytics platforms such as Power BI and SAP to interpret data and guide decision-making.

Additional Duties

  • Contribute to ad-hoc digital projects and special initiatives as assigned by leadership.
