We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at GenesisCare. You’ll lead a wide range of digital activity, from website updates and SEO to paid media coordination, CRM and email campaigns, reporting, and working with internal teams and agency partners. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and can confidently manage day‑to‑day digital tasks in a busy environment. More specifically, you will: Maintain and update websites using Adobe Experience Manager, including content builds, landing pages and digital assets. Provide general digital support and updates across key platforms (Adobe AEM, Dot Digital, Salesforce, Google platforms) Apply SEO and accessibility best practice. Lead multi‑channel campaigns across web, email, social, paid media and more Lead campaign management including briefings, asset coordination, approvals, launches and reporting Monitor paid media and support optimisation activity across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels. Support with email and SMS campaigns including segmentation, tagging and data hygiene in Salesforce. Assist with digital reporting and insights, highlighting trends and opportunities. We're interested in hearing from people who have: 4+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordination role. Hands-on digital campaign experience across website, CRM and paid media. Strong CMS capability— Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Sitecore or similar. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Exposure to Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising. Confident communicator with excellent organisation and time‑management skills. Comfortable working within structured processes, governance and approvals. Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is an advantage, but not essential. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
