Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, and other European languages represent a plus;
  • Comprehensive background in SEO and Google Ads campaigns strategies and tactical execution;
  • Significant experience in working with social media channels;
  • Extensive capabilities in paid social ads (mainly LinkedIn);
  • A/B testing experience, multi-variant testing, targeting, re-targeting;
  • Strong capabilities in process development, agency management, and project management;
  • Ability to drive a strategy through relationships, influence, data, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage both organic web optimization and Google Ads campaigns and incorporate SEO and SEM best practices and strategies to optimize digital content;
  • Oversee, manage, implement, and optimize various types of Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns;
  • Creates the social media strategy, to increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram;
  • Ensures brand consistency on social media channels by working with various stakeholders such as: Field Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Product marketing, PR;
  • Provides training and guidance to marketing team members on best practices and social media campaign strategy implementation;
  • Develop paid digital marketing strategies, defining budgets and estimating results;
  • Support and ensure marketing campaign correct tracking (track web conversion elements, track the efficiency of various traffic sources and the user behavior);
  • Analyze and interpret digital data to develop insights and improvement recommendations;
  • Manage process, agency relationships, and business stakeholder expectations.
