Digital Marketing Specialist

As we enhance our global expansion efforts and go-to-market strategy, we are looking for a skilled, driven, innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our incredible Marketing team.
Position summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion to won business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Ireland’s fastest growing companies serving the dynamic life science industry. You will be part of a world-class global Marketing team with a great culture on the leading edge of B2B Marketing. This role will focus on optimizing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), supporting organic and paid social (LinkedIn Ads), supporting our ABM efforts, email marketing strategy, and campaign performance tracking.
This is an executional and analytical role, working closely with all other functions of Marketing to ensure campaigns are effectively launched, optimized, and measured.
Areas of Responsibility
Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads):
· Analyze, A/B test, and optimize landing pages for conversion rate optimization ( CRO) using user behavior tracking tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Intellimize.
· Measure the overall benefit of paid search in the Kneat Marketing mix
Paid Social (LinkedIn Ads)
Work with the team to optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign performance.Track campaign results and adjust strategies to improve lead quality and engagement across the pipeline.
Organic Social Media Marketing
· Build, schedule, and post organic content on LinkedIn and Twitter/X using content provided by Kneat’s Content Team.
· Monitor social media performance, track key engagement metrics, and recommend adjustments.
ABM Campaign Support
· Support the execution of targeted ABM campaigns using 6sense ABM platform, assisting in audience segmentation and performance tracking.
· Assist in creating personalized digital advertising campaigns for defined account segments or individual accounts, including ad creative variations and targeted messaging.
Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
· Assist in tracking campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads insights.
Provide detailed reports with performance analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Experience and proven results in managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B audience targeting.
· Problem-solving skills with innovative approaches to digital marketing/demand gen challenges.
Nice to haves
· Experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, or regulated industries.
· Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and multi-channel attribution.
· Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Databox, or similar for advanced reporting.
· Knowledge of 6sense or similar ABM platforms.
· Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing strategies to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
