Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote LillyHome’s products across the UAE and regional markets.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage, update, and continuously analyze the company’s e-commerce website (Shopify) to ensure smooth user experience, improved performance, and higher conversion rates.
  • Conduct website analytics, track customer journeys, and recommend improvements to increase sales and reduce drop-offs.
  • Create, publish, and manage engaging digital content (images, videos, product stories, blogs) aligned with LillyHome’s luxury brand identity.
  • Improve SEO and implement performance marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and online growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign ROI, website performance, and customer behavior to guide decision-making.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing within the UAE market.
  • Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify) including website management, analytics, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing across major digital platforms.
  • Strong content development and copywriting skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to optimize campaigns and boost ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to manage external agencies, influencers, and digital partners.
