As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our web and marketing team. Meta & Google Ads Management: Plan, create, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clicks, conversions, and ROI. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop targeted digital marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns align with our brand values and marketing goals. Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. Provide actionable insights to improve ongoing campaigns. Budget Management: Effectively manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within budgetary limits. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and align with the overall brand aesthetic. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of Meta and Google advertising.
